Liberties of Married Women.; AN ACT IN REGARDS TO THE RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES OF WIFE AND HUSBAND.
SECTION 1. The house, both genuine and private, which any woman that is married has, as her sole and split home
That which concerns her by lineage, develop, bequest, gift or mail order brides pricing grant; that which she acquires by her trade, company, work or services, continued or performed on the single or split account; that which a lady hitched in this State owns during the time of her wedding, as well as the rents, problems and profits of all of the such home, shall, notwithstanding her wedding, be and remain her single and separate home, and can even be properly used, collected and invested by her inside her own title, and shall never be susceptible to the interference or get a handle on of her spouse, or accountable for their debts, except such debts as might have been contracted for the help of by by herself or her kids, by her as his representative.
SEC 2. A married woman may deal, offer, designate and transfer her split individual property, and carry any trade on or company, and perform any work or solutions on the single and split account, plus the profits of any married girl, from her trade, company, work or solutions, will be her single and split property, that will be applied or spent by her inside her own title.
SEC. 3. Any hitched woman possessed of property as her split property may bargain, offer and convey property that is such and come into any agreement in mention of the exactly the same, but no such conveyance or agreement will probably be legitimate without having the assent on paper of her spouse, except as hereinafter provided.
SEC. 4. in the event any woman that is married of separate genuine home, as aforesaid, may aspire to sell or convey equivalent, or even to make any agreement in connection thereto, and shall struggle to procure the assent of her spouse, such as the preceding section provided, in result of their refusal, lack, insanity or other impairment, such married girl may connect with the County Court, into the county where she shall at that time live, for leave in order to make such purchase, conveyance or agreement, minus the assent of her spouse.
